The wholesale application collects the legal business name, business type and location, business website if provided, trade contact name, business email and telephone, optional context, consent records, and a resale-certificate document. The website does not collect payment-card or bank-account information and does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Application use and protection
Application information is used to evaluate wholesale eligibility, validate resale documentation, communicate with the applicant, maintain appropriate business and tax records, and protect the service. Documents upload to private Amazon Web Services quarantine storage and are screened for malware before review. Submission does not automatically activate tax-exempt purchasing.
Retention
Application and certificate records are retained for the period needed to complete review, maintain required business and tax documentation, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Rejected, abandoned, or malicious submissions may be deleted sooner when no legal hold applies.
Hosting
The site is delivered through Amazon Web Services. Like other web-hosting services, the hosting infrastructure necessarily processes technical request information to deliver and protect the site.
Aromaos Orders
Approved buyers continue to Aromaos Orders, a separate website operated by Aromaos Perfumes LLC. Ordering information submitted there is handled under the notices and terms presented by that service.
