Who can request wholesale access?
Established retailers and registered businesses purchasing fragrance for resale may submit their information for review. Submission does not guarantee approval.
Where are wholesale orders placed?
Orders continue through the existing Aromaos Orders portal. Aitheris provides the trade introduction and a clear route to that ordering environment.
Does submitting a certificate immediately remove tax?
No. A certificate must be reviewed, validated, and confirmed in writing before tax-exempt purchasing is activated. Applicable tax remains due until approval.
Where do I submit wholesale documents?
Use the secure Aitheris wholesale application. Documents are quarantined and screened before manual review.
When will the Trade Desk contact me?
The Trade Desk will contact you after reviewing the submitted information. We do not publish a guaranteed review time before the operating process is finalized.
